BARTA are delighted to confirm that global charity The Rapid Relief Team will be demonstrating their mobile emergency field catering at our upcoming conference.

They will be providing lunch for delegates over the two main conference days with their mobile feeding station, just as they would during an emergency or disaster.

Serving people across the globe with teams in Australia, the United Kingdom, North and South America, the Caribbean, Canada, New Zealand and across Europe, RRT offers quality catering assistance and tangible support to charities, government and emergency services confronting some of humankind’s greatest challenges.

Jim Green, BARTA Director said,

”This team of international volunteers perform a role equally as important as the emergency responders they aim to serve. With nearly 30 years experience of attending often lengthy incidents, I know first hand how important it is for emergency responders to receive the right kind of incident catering, both for energy and morale!

The RRT delivers an exceptional service and the BARTA conference is a wonderful opportunity to showcase their commitment to serving those in crisis. I’d like to particularly thank Gavin and his Glasgow team for their contribution”.

Gavin Steven, Team Leader for RRT said:

“The Rapid Relief Team is glad to be supporting the emergency services from around the world in this significant event promoting organised care and compassion – both are values close to our hearts! We look forward to meeting and networking with the delegates”.
